Close other apps and tabs. Prepare a quiet space.

Enable Do Not Disturb / Focus Assist to disable notifications and pop-ups.

When prompted, enter Fullscreen. Keep it on until you submit.
During the exam

Do not switch tabs/apps (Ctrl/⌘+Tab, Alt+Tab) and do not minimize the window.

No screen sharing, copying, or printing.

Keep notifications off; pop-ups may pause or end the exam.
Violations may pause your session and require invigilator assistance.
